Our practice does not include any long-term care work, with all of our patients living in the community.

Family Physician (Longitudinal Family Physician Program)

We are recruiting a full-time or part-time family physician to join our integrated team of 4 physicians, 3 nurses, 3 physiotherapists, and 1 rehabilitation assistant. 

This job offers flexibility, mentorship, and the ability to take time with each patient to provide the highest quality of care. The role does not involve any long-term care/nursing home work. 

Our patients live in the community in their own homes, retirement homes, and assisted living facilities.  They exist along the spectrum of health from independence and higher functioning to extreme frailty.

  • Flexible appointment scheduling; patients told a.m. or p.m. with no specific appointment times

Full-time or part-time work is available.

This is a community-based position in the greater Victoria area including: Victoria, Oak Bay, Gordon Head, Saanich, Royal Oak, and Esquimalt. 

MSP billing is via the LFP (Longitudinal Family Practice) model, with full-time billings on average of $350k per year.

Applicants must be currently located in the Greater Victoria Area, and licensed to practice as a physician in British Columbia.

Job Opening – Family Physician to Provide Longitudinal Home-Based Primary Care

 

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently looking for a practicing Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team.

Working as part of our multidisciplinary team (Physician, RN, LPN, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Aid), you will deliver best-in-class, one-on-one care to our senior patients living independently in the community. This role will not require weekend or evening work. 

Compensation for this role includes:

  1. Competitive salary commensurate with current industry rates and experience.
  2. Professional development through direct mentorship, monthly paid flex days, paid leave for professional development (1 week per year), and dedicated clinical teaching in monthly team meetings.
  3. Competitive vacation package (3 weeks in first year, 4 weeks thereafter).
  4. Doctors of BC benefits package including prescriptions, dental, massage, life insurance etc.
  5. Mileage and cell phone plan reimbursement.
